These Terms govern your use of the website and services provided by Leeuki LLC (“LEEUKI”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. A written statement of work, if we sign one, controls where it conflicts with this page.
Services
LEEUKI sells business consulting services in the field of AI and automation, delivered remotely to businesses in the United States. The Free AI Snapshot is a call and a one-page summary at no charge. The AI Quick-Start Assessment is a fixed-fee review of one part of the business, with the deliverables, introductory fee, and 7-business-day turnaround described on the assessment page. The AI Opportunity Audit is a written plan naming the highest-value changes, their cost, and their payback, at the staff-size fees published on the services page. Automation implementation and AI training are sold at the ranges published there. Advisory, data strategy, brand and messaging, and websites are contact-for-pricing until we confirm a fee in writing. Insight Bot is a separate online, non-downloadable AI chatbot software service, billed as described on its page.
Fees and credit
Fees are the amounts stated on this site at the time you book, unless a written quote says otherwise. The AI Quick-Start Assessment is offered at an introductory fee; the normal fee is also stated on that page. If you later purchase the AI Opportunity Audit or an implementation, the Assessment fee you paid is credited in full toward that engagement. Where a service shows a range, the fee inside that range is confirmed in writing before work starts. Services marked contact for pricing are not sold at a published fee until we confirm a price in writing. Insight Bot subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. You may pay by invoice. When an online payment link is published, paying through it is also acceptance of that charge.
Your data and confidentiality
You retain ownership of the data you share. We treat it as confidential and use it only to provide the services. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep it and how to ask for deletion. You are responsible for having the right to share the export you send us.
Recommendations
Our analysis and recommendations support your business decisions. You decide which changes to make, which work to automate, and which quoted projects to approve. Results depend on the completeness of the records you share and on conditions in your market.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEEUKI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service.

LEEUKI™ is a trademark of Christo Siebrits, used under license by Leeuki LLC. The services on this site are sold by Leeuki LLC.
